Our cuisine is based on traditional Catalan home cooking with the typical ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine playing the main role.
Many of our dishes are made with products from the Moianès neighborhood. We have always believed in the quality and the added value of the products of the territory. It’s for this reason that for many years we have bought products directly to the same producers and to the farmers of the area.
Working with nearby producers and manufacturers is synonymous with quality and good prices, for this reason we work together for the development of Moianès.
Throughout the year, we adapt our menu to seasonal products.
